We have used the Accelerated Reader reading program for several years at Phillips. We find it to be one of many useful tools that help children improve their reading skills while motivating many to read longer, more-challenging books. Parents often ask us for a list of the books we have tests for, and therefore we are providing links to those lists below. These are very long lists (more than 3000 titles!), so we don't recommend printing them out unless you have lots of paper and plenty of ink.  These lists were current as of September, 2009.
